My ac blower fan broke because the base somehow blew a fastener and I called Arctic Air to get it fixed. They came on a Sunday and identified the issue. They ordered the parts–a new fan and new fan base–on Monday and they arrived on Wednesday. I finally had cold air in my house on Thursday. Thank Goodness the heat is on its way out. Danielle, Arctic Air’s Voice walked me thru the process via telephone calls. Thank you Danielle for keeping us in the process. It was great to be included and know what you guys were doing while we patiently waited. I give you a 4 star because the staff and technicians are great; but I had to wait 4 days to get our central air back due to shipping. I appreciate your help.

Arctic Air Conditioning performed annual maintenance service on our HVAC units. The technician Paul was very professional and knowledgeable. He took the time to show me a shut-off break that failed, and had all the parts to replace it quickly. The HVAC units are now back to spec ready after an extreme summer of service. Highly recommend Arctic Air Conditioning.

I requested AC preventative maintenance service and Caesar showed up on time. During the service, he discovered another problem requiring attention and took care of that too. He did all that without hesitation or complaint, despite it being a Friday afternoon. 🙂 Now, I can relax in the comfort of a cool home. 🙂 🙂

No problems scheduling, they had an opening the day after I called. A Saturday service call, same price as a week day!! The technician was knowledgeable and efficient. Did the routine service, then found a couple of problems that was impeding the HVAC’s efficiency. Total time to have it fixed was minimal.

Gerardo was very knowledgeable and was able to find the problem to the leak we were experiencing at the time. He came on a Sunday and had the problem resolved by Monday(a part that was needed wasn’t available on a Sunday). Gerardo was very friendly and was able to answer all my questions about what had happened and why.
